معرفی رشته ی مدیریت کسب و کار:
دوره ی کارشناسی ناپیوسته حرفه ای مدیریت کسب و کار مجموعه ای از قابلیت هایی است که فرد را برای تامین و بهسازی نیروی انسانی مورد نیاز بخش های مختلف اقتصاد کشور و مدیریت واحد های کسب و کار و تغییر و متناسب سازی ساختار آنها در بازار تربیت مینماید.
با توجه به شرایط اقتصادی کشور، فعالان اقتصادی به تدریج در حال درک حساسیت و ارزش مدیریت کسب و کار شده اند و با توجه به معرفی کارآفرینی در چند سال اخیر و آشنایی مردم و شرکت ها به اهمیت رقابت در عرصه ی جهانی، رویکرد به مقولهی مشتری مداری پیش از پیش مورد توجه قرار گرفته است ، بنابراین آینده این رشته در ایران به علت جهانی شدن اقتصاد و ظهور فعالیت های کارآفرینانه در عرصه کسب و کار درخشان خواهد بود . آمارهای مرکز آمار ایران در بخش مدیریت و خدمات به تفکیک سطح تحصیلات ، میزان مهارت ها و تخصص و حجم سرمایه گذاری در این بخش انجام نشده است ولی مشاهدات نشان می دهد که به دلیل کاربردی نبودن محتوای دروس دانشگاهی رشته های آکادمیک ، حتی نیروهای تحصیل کرده در این بخش ، بهره ی زیادی از مهارت های مورد نیاز بازار کار و مدیریت کسب و کار نبرده و در عمل قادر به پیاده سازی آنها نمی باشند .
برگزاری دوره های حرفه ای و مهارتی مدیریت کسب وکار که در تناوب های زمانی خاص با توجه به تغییرات بازار کار بروزرسانی شود. این نیاز را برآورده می سازد.
